How To Create Easy Story Ideas...Fast!

Many people who have a desire to write books but are unsure of the subject or storyline to write about are worried their idea is not original enough and so never start, the problem is they are suffering from originito... online advice or conventional wisdom says write regardless!

Bad Idea... When you come across anyone who spout this kind of notion, it really means they have given up greatness to never fulfill their potential without possibly knowing the full scope and collateral damage inflicted; and may have inadvertently and successfully passed on their insecurity onto you.

Lets face facts not every idea has been done nor in a manner you express... so waiting for that great idea is virtues and you will be better off waiting while being proactive in the great many finds of your career.

The old adage every writer has one good book in them is ridiculous... you have many more inside you... just believe you have it!

When you find yourself at a lost, behind the typewriter or PC remember to think about what you love to write about also sit and think about all the great books ever written and in film, or at least the ones you can remember, take the essential elements and twist it till it excites you... if at this points it does not move you... try again and again, and when you strike gold...write and write, you simply can't go wrong.

The same thought goes for characters and plot building.

If this concept does not interest you.

Writing anything till lightening strikes will waste your talent, time and potential resources rather dig for gold and amass gold mines.

Remember to also think about what is absent from the genre you are writing from, get to know all the tropes and cliche's.

Another technic for finding great concepts and storylines for your books is ripping pieces from your own memories and life experiences.

You can even borrow from friends and relatives, or write about a unique tragedy not seen in film or read in books. Case in point 'In Cold Blood' by Truman Capote based on real events fictionalized.

Mark Twain's Tom Sawyer borrowed from his childhood friends adventure stories.

Great stories are everywhere... now dig for your nuggets.

I hope this help you on your journey to becoming the new hot shot literary writer.
